Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has announced plans to invest approximately Rs 4,500 crore in a 10-acre mixed-use development in Hyderabad's Neopolis, Kokapet area.
The project, named Brigade Gateway, is a landmark development that will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. At its core is the Brigade Gateway Residences, a 58-floor residential skyscraper set to be one of Hyderabad's tallest buildings, offering approximately 600 premium homes in 3, 4, and duplex 5-bedroom formats across 2.4 million sq ft, with a projected sales potential of Rs 3,300 crore.
Complementing the residential segment is the World Trade Center, the Brigade Group's fourth such facility, providing flexible office spaces with floor plates of up to 43,055 sq ft. Adding to the allure is Orion Mall, a destination lifestyle mall occupying the first seven floors of the commercial tower, and an InterContinental Hotel, featuring over 300 keys spread across 12 floors within the same tower.
The commercial tower will stand at 212 metres, with the World Trade Center covering 22 floors and two additional floors dedicated to serviced residences.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises, stated, "We designed Brigade Gateway at Neopolis on the lines of the successful model of Brigade Gateway in Bengaluru. Brigade Gateway is designed to be the epitome of modern living, integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces in a seamless, sustainable manner."
