Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Friday (February 27) announced the launch of its new residential project, "Brigade Stellaris," in Chennai. The project is being developed on a 5.19-acre prime land parcel on Velachery Road, owned by the company, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,700 crore. Brigade Stellaris will feature an exclusive collection of "Signature Residences" that combine modern functionality with world-class amenities. The project is centrally located, providing seamless connectivity between Chennai’s Central Business District (CBD) and the fast-growing IT Corridor along Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). The development integrates sustainable design with high-end architecture to cater to urban professionals and families seeking luxury living while maintaining proximity to major employment and commercial hubs in the city. Yesterday, Brigade Enterprises entered into a strategic partnership with Primus Senior Living to develop three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other locations in South India, with an expected gross development value of ₹750 crore. The communities will feature age-focused facilities such as wellness centres, hobby lounges, medical bays, accessible pathways, concierge services and curated engagement programmes. South India accounts for nearly 60% of the country’s senior living market growth, according to the company. The combined portfolio under the partnership is expected to comprise over 600 units. Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹703.65, down by ₹12.25, or 1.71%, on the BSE.
