Brigade’s revenue up 5% to Rs.5,314 crore

Bengaluru: Brigade Enterprises’revenuerose toRs 5,314 crore, an increase of 5% compared to the corresponding period last year. The firm witnesseda3l% riseinrealestate sales to Rs 7,847 crore for the last financial year compared to Rs 6,013 crore in the yearagoperiod.

The total sales volume stood at 7 million sft, while the total collections grew by 23% to Rs 7,250 crore during the same period. Its cash flow from operations increased by 36% over the last financial year Brigade’s overall retail growth roseby4% inthelast. Netprofit rose by 69% to Rs 680 crore.

Its managing director Pavitra Shankar called the 202425 financial year a landmark year, citing the company’s delivery of 100 million sft of built-up area since inception. “We have a strong pipeline of 26 million sft of ongoing projects and around 15 million sft of upcoming developments,” shesaid. ™w
