Brigade eyes Rs 2,100 cr from housing project in Chennai
CHENNAI, MAY 12: Realty firm Brigade Enterprises is targeting a revenue of Rs 2,100 crore from its new housing project in Chennai.
The company has launched a 11.5-acre project - Brigade Horizon Heights located along the OMR-Sholinganallur IT-corridor road in Chennai, comprising 1,250 units.
The gross development val-ue of this project is about Rs 2,100 crore, the company has said in a regulatory filing.
The project, which has a total development potential of 2.8 million sq ft of residential space, will be developed as a joint development agreement (JDA).
