Brigade Enterprises partners with landowners to develop two housing projects in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, named Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3. The projects are expected to generate a revenue of over ₹970 crore. Situated on 10 acres, the development will have about 10 lakh sq ft, featuring around 405 luxury apartments.

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has partnered with landowners to develop two housing projects in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3 with an estimated revenue of more than ₹970 crore. It signed joint development agreements with owners. The two projects, spread across 10 acres, will have a development potential of about 10 lakh sq ft. Brigade will develop around 405 luxury apartments in the projects.
