THE Bengaluru-based Brigade Group has acquired a 20.2 acre land parcel in the Whitefield-Hoskote corridor for ₹588.3 crore and plans to develop a mixed use project worth ₹5,200 crore.
The purchase was completed through Ananthay Properties, subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises, the company said in a statement on Monday. Strategically located with connectivity to the key IT hubs, industrial zones, and upcoming infrastructure projects in Bengaluru, the site offers potential for a mixed-use development with a gross development value of ₹5,200 crore, the statement claimed.
The land parcel offers an estimated developmental potential of 4.2 million sq.ft, across residential, commercial, and retail. "The Whitefield-Hoskote belt is poised for exponential growth, and we're excited to contribute to its transformation," said Pavitra Shankar, MD of Brigade Enterprises. Established in 1986, Brigade Group is a leading property developer with close to four decades of expertise.
